An opportunity is available for a skilled physical therapist to serve in a leave of absence role at a K-12 school district in Anoka, MN. This contract position begins January 26, 2026, and concludes April 17, 2026, providing a chance to make a meaningful impact in the elementary education setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite physical therapy services to elementary students across multiple school locations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student mobility and participation.
- Collaborate with educators and staff to integrate therapeutic goals with academic activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements.
- Participate in team meetings and communicate progress to families and professionals.
